These guidelines protect your comfort, our home, our neighbors and the experience of the guests who follow you.
Maximum overnight occupancy: 6 guests, including adults and children. All overnight guests must be registered. Unregistered overnight guests require prior approval. A $100 per person, per night unauthorized-guest fee may be assessed. The cabin may never exceed six overnight guests.
10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please respect the peaceful wooded setting and neighboring properties.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the cabin. Illegal drug use and illegal substances are prohibited anywhere on the property. Weapons of any kind are not permitted.
Do not move indoor furniture or remove cabin property. Missing items may be charged at replacement cost. Report accidental damage rather than attempting repairs.
Never leave food, pet food, coolers, scraps, cooking grease or garbage outside or unattended. Use the designated trash container, keep it closed and never feed wildlife.
Unless approved otherwise in writing: maximum two approved dogs, up to 50 lbs. each. Dogs must be vaccinated, house-trained, non-aggressive, controlled, crated when left, kept off beds and upholstered furniture, and waste must be picked up immediately.
Exterior cameras operate at the side exterior and front entrance only; none are inside or directed toward the hot tub. Do not tamper with safety devices, cameras, internet equipment or locks. Lock doors and windows when leaving.
A $500 rule-violation fee may be assessed subject to booking terms, rental agreement and applicable law. The reservation holder is responsible for damage and reasonable repair, replacement, cleaning or restoration costs.
